Plug your card reader into your iPhone or iPad and take credit cards quickly and securely. And a card reader isn’t even required. You can always scan a card with your camera, or key in the card details directly.

Instead of swiping, dip the chip! If your customer gives you a chip card, use the EMV card reader and insert the card in the back slot. You can still swipe non-chip cards in the front slot of the reader.

Your customer signs right on your device to authorize the payment. Then you can email or text a receipt to your customer. Accepting a payment takes just a few taps from start to finish.

- Customize your receipts to include your logo, store info, social media links, and a personalized message.

- Add a list of items you frequently sell, including prices, descriptions, and photos. Then create quick orders from your items or enter custom amounts.

- What if your customer doesn’t have their credit card handy? Tap in cash or check transactions to record them.

- Add up to 50 users to accept payments on behalf of your business.

- Use the online service center to accept, refund, or review credit card transactions.

So far so good!

Fantastic costumer service. Mind you, I did just cancel from the worst credit card processing company ever (PayNet) so anything compared to them is a amazing, truly.
Honestly, this would be my 3rd processing company in search for the one that isn't trying to steal from me and wants to do business on the up n up so all parties involved know what they are dealing with and are happy. So far I haven't had to call them asking them why I was charged already for a month when I'd only been with them for 4 days, or after my first transaction have way more taken out then contracted, etc. Intuit doesn't charge the hefty PCI annual fees ranging anywhere from $75 - $150 that the rest do, no monthly fee for almost 10 years (small business only / you can choose), and lastly...there are no third parties to blame, it's all them and they seem to be really on top of their game. I haven't received the slider yet so I can't review that, but I will once I get it. Also, the interface of the iPhone app isn't as pretty or functional as the 'Swipe Credit Card / AppNinjas), but it isn't as ugly as the Paynet app, but it works; I've had no problems at all and I have high hopes because their site is very well designed, easy to navigate and they're not trying to hide anything so I'm sure with time the app will improve. On your web account you see a pleasant and professionally designed site that you can clearly see how much you are getting charged per transaction and how much was deposited unlike SOME (Paynet) companies. I have high hopes...

Defective dreaded and bad service

I have wasted hours trying to set up my iPhone 4 with this app. The card swiped was defective and arrived late for my show. The worst was the hours and hours of being bounced around from one tech and sales rep after another, answering the same questions over and over again and being told either they were transferring me to someone else or they could get me what I needed in time for my show. When you are on the show floor you don't have that kind of time to waste. The final insult when I said I was canceling the whole service was being transferred one more time to their ironically named "customer retention" department only to receive a voice message saying I needed to send my cancellation by fax or mail to a specific address. I have wasted far more time and money on this than it was worth. I'll spend the money to use a legitimate card processing service that will give me a better rate on swiped cards and understands that tech and customer support is a 24/7 business.

Waist of time!

If you work for a travel agency, don't bother. They will not approve you.
